一、課程簡介:本課程主要針對農藝所作物組研究生開設，介紹基因選殖中 DNA 操作部份，特別針對水稻（真核）genomic DNA 操作技術部分加強指導。內容從最基本之 DNA 與 RNA 分辨、質粒萃取、分子選殖基本操作開始，介紹真核植物 genomic DNA 操作與質粒 DNA 操作之異同，最後以非放射標定探針方法執行水稻 DNA blotting。
由於空間問題，學生人數期望在八人以下，有興趣的同學請先電4118。
